ALEOOOP

If your Child will be absent from any ALEOOOP program for any reason, please call 201-249-1069 (the ALEOOOP Directors).

7/10/18 – First, Third, Fourth and Sixth grade session two are all now full. Most grades in session one are full.

Summer Registration will open in person on June 28th and be available M-F from 9am to 1pm at the Brookside School Nurse’s office. We will accept registration ONLY as we have available room in each section. As the sections fill up, we will close them out. This is for the safety and security of everyone involved, please be courteous if your late registration is not able to be accepted. Thank you for your patience.

For in person registration Please bring a completed paper registration form REGISTRATION FORM and check for payment if you are registering in person.  Please review the code of conduct online prior to registering.

NEW THIS YEAR – please review our CODE OF CONDUCT with your child(ren).

ALEOOOP will be closed on July 4 for Independence Day.


SUMMER REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN – see the Summer Registration Tab to register. Rates and program times are listed below:

2018 ALEOOOP Summer sessions: 8:45am – 2:00pm

  • Session 1:  June 27th – July 13th
  • Session 2:  July 16th – August 3rd

No Camp Wednesday, July 4th

  • $25 pre-registration discount.
  • There is a $50 cancellation fee, and no refunds will be given after May 30th.
  • ALEOOOP social/information evening is Thursday, April 26th, 6:30 – 8:00pm at the Brookside cafeteria.
  • Late fee of $75 will be assessed for every registration after May 15th. Payment plans are available upon request, to avoid late fees please register on time!!

Registration will be closed – June 8th 2018 to allow us time to staff the programs based on enrollment.


2018 Summer Rates:

Grades k-3 – Lower Camp
$400 Session 1 or Session 2 (3 weeks each)
$575  Both Sessions (6 weeks)

Grades 4-8 – Upper Camp
$450 Session 1 or Session 2 (3 weeks each)
$675  Both Sessions (6 weeks)

If the Program has started and you wish to add an additional session for your child the additional fee is:
Lower Camp $225
Upper Camp $275

There is a $25 building use fee for each child registered, that is not reflected in the above rates.


ALEOOOP is pleased to offer music and theater classes.  Each of these can be taken on their own, or in addition to ALEOOOP.

Musical Theater  June 27 – July 20 at 1:30pm – 3:30pm
$200 for 4 week program

Instrument Lessons July 2 – July 13 and/or July 16 – July 27. Lesson time scheduled with you by instructor.
$125 group, $175 private (2 weeks) and $210 group, $300 private (4 weeks)

There is a $25 building use fee for each child registered, that is not reflected in the above rates – note that children in ALEOOOP will not pay the fee again for enrolling in music or theater programs.

Children in the music and theater program may not linger within the school before, after or in between their lessons.  If your child is attending ALEOOOP they will be brought to their lessons.
